Immersive Healing Experiences
Out of the Shadow Artist Retreat
- Who is it for: For the artist who is already creating but still hesitates to claim the title. The painter, photographer, dancer, writer, singer, or multidisciplinary creative whose inner critic whispers that they are not ready, not qualified, not “official” enough. It is for those who feel the calling but remain stuck between becoming and being.
- What does it do: This immersive weekend experience dismantles self-doubt through intention, community, and tangible creative output. Set in San Juan, Puerto Rico, it provides space to create, reflect, and expand—while removing logistical barriers. Flights, lodging, workshops, shared meals, and curated artistic experiences are handled so participants can focus solely on their practice. Surrounded by fellow artists, attendees move from aspiration to embodiment, producing real work that affirms their identity beyond internal resistance.
- How your life shifts: You stop asking for permission. The internal narrative of “one day” transforms into present-tense ownership. You leave not just inspired, but validated by evidence of your capacity and belonging. The shift is subtle but permanent: you no longer aspire to be an artist—you operate as one.
- How much is it: $2050 for a double room; $2250 for a single room.
The Spiral Series
- Who is it for: For those navigating growth in real time—the thinkers, feelers, seekers, and skeptics who crave honest conversation without performance. It is for individuals ready to confront tension rather than avoid it; those curious about their patterns, their fears, their attachments, and their relationship to something greater than themselves. If you long for depth over small talk and presence over posturing, this space is for you.
- What does it do: Across a series of intimate gatherings—Community x Detachment (August 2026), Love x Fear (February 2027), Self x Divinity (July 2027), and an Open Dialogue (TBD)—each session blends Socratic inquiry, satsang-style reflection, and somatic grounding. Participants engage in guided conversation and embodied practice designed to surface truth gently but directly. Each gathering includes shared food, an herbal drink voucher, and a symbolic token marking your place in the ongoing spiral of growth.
- How your life shifts: You begin to recognize your patterns as they arise instead of after they repeat. Fear softens into awareness. Attachment loosens into clarity. You leave feeling lighter—not because life is simpler, but because you are more honest within it. You experience what it means to be seen without shrinking and heard without armor.
