Scope of Services & Booking

The Mentalchemist offers somatic coaching, artistry coaching, one-time consults, ongoing support, digital tools, workshops, retreats, and immersive creative programs. These services focus on embodied awareness, pattern recognition, and behavior change. Since this is coaching, not therapy, we do not diagnose, treat, or provide crisis support, and our services should not replace licensed mental health care. Clients are responsible for seeking clinical or emergency support when needed. All sessions and experiences must be booked through our online scheduling platform. Once booked, clients receive confirmation details and are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and updated.

Cancellations, Refunds & Participation

1:1 Consults and sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee with option to reschedule. Digital products, including workbooks, journals, and online courses, are non-refundable due to immediate access and intellectual property protections. Refunds for sessions or events are not standard and may be considered on a case-by-case basis when outlined in the event's specific registration terms. All somatic and creative practices are voluntary. Clients may pause, step out, or modify any activity at any time. If accommodations are needed, including physical, sensory, or scheduling support, please contact us before booking so we can assist appropriately.

Confidentiality, Conduct & Intellectual Property

All personal information shared through sessions, intake forms, or registration is kept confidential and stored securely. Information is only released with explicit consent or when required by law. Respectful engagement is expected in all spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward facilitators or participants will not be tolerated and may result in removal from a session or program without refund.
